5 Powerful Quotes from This Episode

“I think mental health took a stage in addition to social justice both in the NBA bubble and the WNBA bubble. Because what we were seeing is how your mental state can affect your performance.”

“The opportunity and the connections we made last year... both from tapping into what's going out there, tapping into the community, and then just kind of breathing this reassurance that we're doing the right thing.”

“I find my creativity comes just from living life.”

“So I think just having grace and then being grateful about what I did do today and what my life is like now, especially in comparison to what was in the past, I think that's a great daily non-negotiable, especially with what we're all juggling with.”

“If you're suffering now, look forward... Transport yourself almost to that future, and be able to look back at what happened and be sort of, heal from it, learn from it, and be grateful about where you're at.”
